SERENA’S HISTORY

Eureka Retirement Village, previously Huis Andre van der Walt and Serena Retirement Village I was opened to the public on 20 April 1987. Two years later, in 1989, Serena Retirement Village II opened her doors to the first owners. All activities, services and meals are housed in Eureka Retirement Village, previously Huis Andre van der Walt and both Serena Retirement Villages and Huis Andre van der Walt residents enjoy these privileges by belonging to the Senior Centre.

The Health Care Centre is housed in Eureka Retirement Village, previously Huis Andre van der Walt on floors 3-5.

The village complex consists of three separate apartment buildings. Serena I has two buildings whilst Serena II is one building.
